Lines are open 8.30am-5pm, Monday to Friday, and will be picked up by our out of hours service at other times
Before you report a repair, please think about the problem as we'll need to know:
- What needs repairing
- What’s wrong with it
- Where it is in your home.

If you smell gas or feel drowsy, turn off the gas supply straight away, open a door or window then call the Gas Emergency Service
